Classes

I teach weekly at CCB Studios in Berlin.

Each week covers a different topic. See the Topics page for what I cover. Drop-ins are welcome. You don't need to have come before, and you don't need any experience.

Urban Sports Club members can attend through the app.

Full schedule and booking details coming soon!

Getting there

The CCB Studios entrance: a glass door in the second courtyard at Hasenheide 12, surrounded by bamboo and greenery.

CCB Studios, Hasenheide 12, 10967 Berlin.

Open in Google Maps

Ring for CCB Studios at the main entrance, walk through the first courtyard into the second courtyard, and the studio door is across the courtyard, slightly to the right.

Please lock bikes on the street. They can't be brought into the courtyard.

How I teach

Each week has a topic. Sometimes a classical category like the hindrances or the four foundations of mindfulness, sometimes something more applied like RAIN or working with the window of tolerance. Over time the topics form an arc, but each one stands alone.

I'm not teaching Buddhism as belief. I'm teaching practice. The actual sitting, the actual investigation, the actual emotional work. To me Buddhism isn't a religion, it's a framework for understanding your mind, emotions, and reality. It's a tool to see clearly, through your conditioning, your biases, your whole life. It's analogous to psychology.
